Who We Are

Urban Innovation Lab (UIL) is a trusted advisor to governments, multilaterals, investors, and large enterprises, delivering strategic infrastructure advisory across urban, energy, transport, environment, health, education, and finance.

Our work spans project development, policy advisory, PPP structuring, capacity building, institutional strengthening, and implementation support for complex infrastructure programs across India ’s public and private sectors.

Our Vision

To steward infrastructure from intent to implementation, ensuring clarity, accountability, and long-term value for governments, institutions, and communities.

Our Philosophy

Our logo depicts our philosophy - the ‘nine dots’ puzzle - thinking out of the box. We believe that world is a complex ecosystem. To solve the infrastructure challenges, we need to constantly innovate. The orange color of ‘nine dots’ resonates our excitement, enthusiasm and warmth. It represents a state of readiness to make transition from a stationary state to a motion state.
