About The Project

Get Set Go Public Charitable Trust (GSG) is a pan India-based NGO, founded in August 2016.

It works towards fulfilling the objective of social upliftment, youth empowerment, inculcation of sports-oriented culture, medical infrastructure and healthcare development in India. Presently, the organization has its operational office based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The trust is duly registered under section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961. Its patrons include Mr Piyush Pandey, Director – Ogilvy India and Mr. Amrit Mathur, Ex-Executive Director, Common Wealth Games, Delhi.

The ‘Digital Empowerment Libraries Initiative’ by Get Set Go aimed to secure support from Hero Motocorp for the establishment of 10 state-of-the-art digital libraries across rural areas of Jaipur. This ambitious project was dedicated to bridging the digital divide, offering rural youth unprecedented access to modern computers and a wealth of digital learning resources including online educational courses. The objective was not just to provide tools, but to empower young minds for a brighter future by providing educational resources digitally within their vicinity.

UIL was commissioned to craft a meticulous and comprehensive grant proposal. The proposal articulated the project’s core objectives, planned activities, expected outputs, and the transformative impact it sought to achieve. Integral to the document were clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), along with a robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework developed using the logical framework (logframe) approach. This ensured clarity in objectives and measurable outcomes.

The proposal encompassed a detailed design of each digital library, including a complete Bill of Quantities, precise specifications of the technology and infrastructure required, and a thorough financial estimate. A clearly defined work plan was also developed, outlining timelines, deliverables, and payment milestones to ensure efficient, transparent, and effective project execution aligned with overarching goals.
