About The Project

The project centered on the development of a comprehensive Sustainability Report for Licious Foods, a leading fresh meat brand. The report was aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) frameworks, ensuring adherence to internationally recognized sustainability reporting standards. The assignment involved conducting a thorough materiality assessment, stakeholder analysis, and systematic data collection in line with prescribed frameworks. While Licious Foods provided relevant internal information, UIL developed structured templates, processed and analyzed the data, and synthesized the findings into a cohesive and compelling sustainability narrative. The report highlighted Licious Foods’ sustainability initiatives, showcasing measurable impacts and transformation stories across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions. UIL worked closely with Licious’ ESG team, gaining access to internal systems and engaging key stakeholders to ensure that the final report was accurate, insightful, and aligned with organizational goals. The ultimate objective was to produce a report that was concise, visually compelling, and effectively communicated the depth and impact of Licious Foods’ sustainability journey.
