The Strategic Public Relations & Digital Transformation Initiative for MPHIDB was undertaken to strengthen the public image and digital footprint of the Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board (MPHIDB), one of the leading real estate development authorities in Madhya Pradesh with over 400,000 houses delivered since inception.
While MPHIDB possessed strong technical expertise and project execution capabilities, there was a strategic need to enhance brand perception, streamline public communication, and build stronger engagement with citizens and stakeholders.
UIL was appointed through CEDMAP to deliver specialized Public Relations, Branding, and Digital Marketing services. The engagement focused on transforming MPHIDB’s communication ecosystem through structured PR campaigns, multi-platform digital management, media outreach, content development, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
The initiative aimed to build a dynamic, transparent, and citizen-centric public image while strengthening stakeholder trust and improving digital engagement across platforms.
The engagement significantly strengthened MPHIDB’s media presence, improved digital visibility, enhanced stakeholder communication, and positioned the organization as a transparent, proactive, and citizen-focused public authority.
